Switching to Euro-Office
WebOké is switching from the old Nextcloud Office (Collabora) to Euro-Office. At the same time, your Nextcloud is updated to Nextcloud 35. As an administrator, you start this switch yourself, at a time that suits you. You can read what changes for your users in Euro-Office or the old Nextcloud Office: what changes for you?.
When?
Start the update whenever it suits you. If you do nothing, we'll carry it out for you by 1 December 2026 at the latest. New Nextcloud packages get Euro-Office straight away.
How to start the switch
- Log in to mijn.weboke.nl and go to Mijn Producten.
- Open your Nextcloud package. You'll see the card Nextcloud 35 met Euro-Office, labelled New. You can also find the card by typing Euro-Office in the search bar of Mijn WebOké.
- Let your users know that the Nextcloud will be briefly unavailable, and ask them to close any open documents.
- Click Upgrade naar Nextcloud 35.x en activeer Euro-Office.
- Confirm the question Nextcloud nu bijwerken naar 35.x en overstappen op Euro-Office?
The update usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. Your Nextcloud will be briefly unavailable during this time, so save any open documents first.
Tracking progress
You can see how far the update has progressed on the card. Refresh the page to see the current status.

What stays the same?
- All your files and folders remain in place.
- Your users, passwords and Office Suite licences stay the same.
- Shared folders and links keep working.
- Your users can still open documents with a single click in Nextcloud.
Can't use the button?
- Alleen de eigenaar van het account kan deze update starten. Log in with the main account of your WebOké account.

- Deze update kan voor dit pakket niet zelf gestart worden. Contact support; we'll arrange it for you.

Tip: don't have any Office Suite licences? Then you'll only see the update to Nextcloud 35 on the card. If you want to start using Euro-Office, order licences first. See Ordering and assigning Office licences to users.
